We are up and running on the new server and you should be able to order normally. We are still looking for any glitches or issues, so if you notice anything unusual, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

If you have items you are interested in selling or trading for credit please send over photos or a detailed list by email to store@crowemagtoys.com or to any of our social media accounts. If this is not possible please contact us by phone (919) 719-9087 to set up a time where we will have adequate time and staff to evaluate your items. We pay 40% of current market value for cash offers and 60% for offers of Trade Credit. We are currently only taking in new items by appointment. We do not purchase or appraise Beanie Babies. It may take up to two weeks for us to get an offer out to you.

Items ordered before 12 pm ET will ship same day or at latest, next business day. Items ordered on the weekend or after 12 pm during the week will go out next business day. Local Pick-ups are usually ready within an hour of purchase during business hours. Any refunds are subject to a 3% restocking fee.

We add new items as we get them in and everything is first come, first served. All vintage and premium items must be in store for 30 days before Trade Credit can be applied.
